He was admitted to the practice of law May 20th, 1969. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District of Colorado.

Dunn is past Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, which represents over 40,000 attorneys in Pennsylvania, past president of the Allentown Jaycees, the Exchange Club of Western Lehigh County, the Lehigh Valley Toastmasters Club, and is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and other professional societies and civic organizations.
He is a professional speaker, an instructor in public speaking at the college level, and holds the "Distinguished Toastmaster" designation, the highest honor awarded by Toastmasters International, the worldwide public speaking organization.

Lizzette A. Collado is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She was graduated cum laude from Lehigh Valley College, 2005, Assoc Spec Bus. She is a candidate for a Bachelor of Science degree from Kaplan University, with a major in Paralegal Studies, concentrating in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Since 2005, she has served as a law office assistant, and now office manager at David Dunn Law Offices, PC, Allentown PA. She is a Notary Public. Liz represents our Spanish Language capability. She lives in Allentown with her spouse and three children.
